What is the Triple Win? Put very simply, the concept of triple win thinking is about balancing the needs of 3 key parties. The needs of the landlord, the needs of the tenant and the needs of the property manager/support staff. We love our work at iHeart Property Management and take great pride in helping our property owners to maximize their investment. We also love providing our residents with nice homes that they will enjoy and feel they are getting a good value for their rental payment. At all times through the lease cycle, from making the property ready for rent, onboarding tenants, responding to repair requests, and analyzing costs in returning tenant security deposits, we strive to be fair and equitable to all parties.
Most of the time, all three interests coincide. The landlord wants their property to not only maintain but increase in value, the tenant wants a nice place to live, and the property manager wants to do a good job and have happy clients and customers.
